Hello sir, my younger brother who is 24 year old who is using regularly a tire fix tube as addiction. pls help how i protect him against this type of addiction.

I’ve been feeling really low recently… my granny died a year ago now and I’ve never felt the same. I feel as if my smiles are fake atm

I have been suffering from mental depression since 5  months onwards i can't remember wt iam studying there is no consistency wt iam doing

I think that I might be suffering from a mental health illness. For some reason, the way I walk when I a outside is different than the way I walk when I am at home. When I am at home, my walking is normal and comfortable. But as soon as I am outside, my walk changes. It becomes unnatural and it takes alot out of me. What's wrong with me??

Get upset very fast , always emotionally low, slight depression, extreme low self confidence and Major issue is that I always keep imagining worse situations like death of my various close people

I want to make friends. But I cant. I can't concentrate others while talking. I have so many acquantinces, no friends

Hello. I have been experiencing a total lack of interest in everything and anyone around me. Most days i just like to stay in bed and not even interact with anyone. Sometimes this is followed by a strong urge to cry and suicidal thoughts. I have attempted suicide once in the past. I have been told that i am just being lazy. I don't understand.

I am suffering from Mental Stress and headache issue. It can be related to depression.

I feel like losers I think I don't know anything other are more intelligent than me I can't spoke to anyone
