I am a 29 year old male and got married last year. Need some counselling for the same.

Hi, my friend is going through depression what we feel like bcoz she doesn't get proper sleep, feels lonely, gets angry easily, thinks too much about things not in her hand, which affects her mental as well as physical health for eg goes through severe headche & acidity. Uses crocin almost regularly for relief from acidity and headache, memory loss, too much stressed be it due to personal life or professional life. Please suggest 1) what should be our further course of action, 2) is ths kind of situation common at this age or its very serious  and 3) whom should we consult to?

Anxiety and feel depressed....very frustrated....need help in getting things sort out some suggestions and advice

I've been binge and purging for 3 months now I went to the doctor but the doctor didn't seem to care

I want to be with him and want him to trust me. I want to solve all the problems between us and for that I want to do everything possible

I've been feeling quite down lately and skipping college because of the lack of desire or interest to do anything and have trouble sleeping sometimes. I'm worried that it might be depression and I was wondering how it's diagnosed.

I was told that when you are born, your head is supposed to be down. My head was up, did this cause any mental issues?

Yes my name is Chris and I have this ongoing memory when I was younger like maybe around 7 or 8 I used to wake up freaking out and see things move like my brother's hand was getting bigger and then smaller now I have no diagnosis of schizophrenia or any other condition that will make you hear or see things it's happened a couple of times in high school but it doesn't happen anymore that I can recall would you have any feedback on this subject?

I have problem to remind name . concentration problem.I can forget what the name I have listen before 5min. Some time it takes 10sec to remind very familiar word.

I take Citalopram 20mg every morning and I was wondering if there is any medication that I can take when I feel anxious, that will help quickly.
