I have been on Bipolar Disorder Type 1 for 21 years of total 6 episodes. The most recent and most severe relapse was in 2013, finally ECT brought me back to normal. After that, I have been on 900 mg Lithium and 5 mg Zyprexa for maintenance. Now because I got Tardive Dyskinesia, I need to replace Zyprexa with Lamictal. My question is: What's the dosage of Lamictal I need to take (combined with 900 mg Lithium) for long term maintenance. BTW, I'm male, 43 yrs, Asian, 5'10,152 pound. Thanks a lot!

I have been feeling low for a while now. I have not been able to concentrate on work or anything. I have decided to avoid people because even the silliest of the things are affecting me. I have been complaining about this pain near my neck and shoulder region. I thought it was because of the pain I was feeling low. But turns out I have been in this perpetual state of feeling low. Sometimes I just go silent and blank. Won't be able to utter a work even if I really want to talk it out. Expressing things has become an impossible task now. I feel anxious. And I end up smoking. I workout every day and that's the only activity that's been keeping me a little sane. Otherwise all I feel like doing is just sleep. My confidence level has gone down. I feel I don't even know myself anymore. I just want to get rid of this horrible feeling.

My elder brother is diagnosed with schizophrenia since 2 year back. Noe he do not take medicines willingly. And we want to admit him in rehab center for one or two month so that he could take his medicine. So nearby Kolkata any mental rehab center available?and what is alternate solution for this problem.

I've been hearing them from 5-6 years ago but they stopped when this male voice appeared. He protected me, comforted me and always put me to sleep. He asks me about my day but he doesn't have a name and he doesn't want a name..but we named him now. The other voices are bad voices who tells me negative things and tell me to harm myself.

My wife gets disturbed for petty household issues. He is very short temper and get angry in a while and do not speak. Sitting lonely sometime. Do not listen what o want to tell.

I was ill two months before .i had the feeling of nausea from past one month.iI used to cry and thoughts of suicide also came to my mind.then I consulted a psychiatrist. He said that I have anxiety disorder. I was fine after 15 days treatment .now again from yesterday I m having feeling of nausea and vomiting and light head. Sir i m very jolly person I always make my friends laugh I m very cheerful I dancr everyday at my home I literally don't have any tention .sir then why this is hppning

Recently prescribed klonopin for anxiety disorder. Have we the bed 3 times in the past month. Is this a normal side affect? Why is this happening?
