I feel or I am preoccupied with varied thoughts like something is wrong or things are not under my control

Hi, i have taken 2,400mg of ibuprofen and 4,000mg of paracetamol in one go. will i be ok

I am unable to sleep at night. I usually get up in between 4-5 am early in the morning even after sleeping late at night. I am having anxiety and fear of what will happen in life. Also, I continuously feel sleepy whole day. Also, I urinate many times in a day even after drinking very less water. I easily get angry.
