I am completely in depression due to whitening hair of bear and head so what can i do please any help

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from anxiety disorders since childhood and got to know the term when I cleared some online assessment regarding the disorders. I am doing everything yet restricted to few activity. I am successful in my career and recently getting married and scared what if my wife comes to know about this.

Negative thoughts related to my health some time feel panic, every thing become useless.

Every time I start studying, I start sweating. I also get tensed. I sit before computer a lot.

Can Anxiety, Stress and Depression be treated using alternative methods of Medicine like Ayurvedic and Homeopathy.

Constant headache from 5 days . n anger all tym. negative thoughts always coming.

I feel like i will become a bad person. Reason being i cant face the reality, I hope i could be someone else always some perfect one. Although i keep telling myself that no one is perfect in anything so there is nothing bad about you, but lately i kind of started hating myself.

Not feeling good. not getting sleep. which is happening because of my frnd. i am feeling he is ignoring avoiding me. like this.

I don't know what exactly happen to me, sometimes I become very angry, sometimes normal, I was taking help of psychiatrist also some days before, I had lot of headache, and many a times feeling unconscious, not able to control myself, sometimes myself note some dual personality in me, because sometimes it's seems everything is ok but sometimes my emotions anger is just out of control, many negative thoughts are arising in my mind ,don't know what to do now, it's seems I am becoming abnormal.....

I am prescribed clonazepam 0.25 mg for anxiety disorder. i am 26yr old. i am taking it for at about 1yr and 6 month. can it possible to replace clonazepam by herbal medicine?
