I've been unable to sleep since few days. I feel restless. I feel numb. I have got negative thoughts. I have a bad body ache and my head hurts like someone is constantly hitting me. I feel my heart is beating way to faster. I cry without any reason. I have got mood swings. I get nervous.

I had a episode where i broke in anger & hurted a love one. I can’t seem to forget that episode & heavily relying on drinking.I can’t sleep properly too because of constant and vey realistic dreams.

I am having acidity..anxiety ..increased pulse ...increased heart beat..phobia if I am alone driving or travelling...I v taken inderal 40 and depsonil 25 for 2 years but since last one year I am not taking any medicine...but I am suffering more now...so kindly suggest...I will be thankful for this....

My family is not strong financially and i cant find a path to walk on.. which way to go.. i dont know what my goal is . i fear to die . i am so confused. please help me once . please

I have my uncle who has severe OCD problem. Cleaning. He is too adamant and reluctant to take medicine thinking of side effects. I want to know if hypno therapy can cure this . I have read about this and wanna know whether a hypnotherapist or whoever can cure this or not by taking him to trance state or something . Just wanna cure him with sessions of hypno.

I am having single girl child of 11 years .she is intelligent but not focusing on studies.

I've lost myself who I was before and not able to bring my concentration back due to lot of stuff going on in my mind

I have been married for 10 months now, my husband lost interest in living with me.. I m always low and crying and it's because of my MIL but he was not ready to do anything abt it or even agree.. as days went on I was diagnosed with moderate depression and doc told it serious if I don't take medication. I don't want to b on antidepressance but my husband is forcing me to take them.. is it ok to take anti depression?

Often occure with tickling pain in left eyes upper part ,forehead and uper part of the head including lest side of neck sometime. Not on contineouse basis  but often happend

Everything is good.but stil i think I'm loosing interest in talking to my friends ..not answering thier calls at times.not replying to thier msgs.avoiding them for no reason. Can't find any reason other than mood swings..what can I do?
