I stay outside India for most part of the year. I want a 8 month medication for Stress and Hypertension. Also I need a prescription for alprazolam 0.5. I get shortness of breath during stressful situation. Also during such situations, I cannot sleep properly make me feel exhausted the next day. Please help.

I've been having a hard time to go to sleep since last sunday. My work schedule changed from nightshift to morning shift. How can I treat this?

Used medicines but suffering with side effects... dehydration... headache... body is feverish... brain is not relaxed...

Hello Sir/Ma'm , i have a sister of 14 years old. she is suffering from fits . her treatment and medication is still going on with a doctor in Varanasi UP . as per the doctor the medication will continue for 3 years. the problem is when she left her medicine for even 1 time the she gets the strokes quite often like 3-4 times in a day. also the number of medicine is quite large in number about 7-8 kinds of tablet. my question is can this be cured in a less time or the number of  medicines can be reduced from the present time.

I am going through depression. Ive been married for 2 years and lost interest in my wife and feel not talking to her at all. I know few reasons why this is happening with me but I am not able to find the way to resolve this and this inturn hurting me and my wife alot. I really need Psychiatrist to help me in this phase as i am not able to concentrate anywhere and lost interest in everything. Please help.
