Extreme Negativity in mind
Hi doctor One friend of mine is facing this issue from long time..but now-a-days, it seems that problem has become serious. She easliy gets annoyed by someone she hate. Once her mood is pissed off then she dosent lyk to tok to anybody and suddenly her mind and thought turns out to be so negative...she feels everything happening with her is bad only...she losses her calm and patience very soon. Kindly help to suggest some ways to tackle these situatuons.

To tackle this she must control her emotional outburst, over mental stress. To learb how to tackle those she must consult a psychologist for betterment.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
