I have become a lot negative and sensitive in last couple of months. I am low on mood almost all the time. I feel tired and low on energy most of the times. Get affected a lot by criticism. Stopped being social. Avoid interacting with people. Want to be in bed all the time. Get hurt and angry on trivial issues.

Hi there... Wat u r experiencing is a negative state of mind. It's a downward spiralling problem which feeds on it self and grows. Thoughts influence emotions... Which affect behaviour... So negative thoughts affect the and cause negative behaviours. All u gotta do is see a psychiatrist and u will definitely feel better. Feel free to consult further. Take care
