For the past two days, I have been experiencing pain while peeing. It's not a burning sensation, it feels sore. Urethra feels bruised. Urine comes out at a higher angle, as if opening is smaller. Pee does not seem to have weird smell. Nearly no penile discharge. In fact, I thought I had no discharge but i noticed that my urethra felt a bit stuck shut before peeing (recent symptom). I felt like I needed to pee often in the first day, but that went away. No other visible symptoms (spots).

I've always been a bright student but since the starting of 11 th I saw a change in me ,I became more lazy and procrastinated result I failed in one subject . I think I became.overconfident but now after getting bad marks in three consecutive tests when all my other friends who scored average earlier now scoring As and the huge course I have to study but each time I procrastinate and feel guilty of why I did so..its just frustrating , I hate myself ! I I'm disappointed with me my parents r too

I think i'm getting into depression because of this over thinking habbit ...this created a lot of problems in my life and also I'm not able to explain anyone because I think that they won't be able to understand my situation.

I do not feel happy about life , do not feel excited about anything , do not have any desires left .

My son took oxycode a couple of days ago and now he is having panic attacks should I take him to the er

I am going through anxiety and depression and sadness. Am i to consult a psychiatrist or psychologist? I am not sure

My wife was prescribed 1tab daily of melzap...but she took overdose i.e.  5tabs last night. She is feeling drowsy and sleepy. And is not willing to go to a doctor. I am extremely worried and don't know what to do. Please help.

I've experience periods of depression that are either triggered by an event or completely random. They are very intense and can lead me to consider self harm or suicide. They can be prolonged or short, and I often feel fine or hyper the next day. I often find my thoughts jump through a series of connections to a point that is completely different from what we are talking about. I can have be at a normal level of happiness, but I do experience hyperactivity and also hyper irritability.

Since I was 11 nearly everyday has been a struggle since I've been constantly sad and angry and most of the time I feel like the most worthless person ever and the anger has caused me to be extremely violent as sometimes i'll just black out and snap. I realised this was ever since my grandad passed away in 2013, it hit me really hard and I fully haven't been the same person ever since and sometimes I'll hurt someone emotionally and wont sleep at night because I feel so bad.im just always sad
