I can't sleep at night. I go to bed and close my eyes. But mind can't control of thinking. I've tried to get sleep early but I can't. In daytime I got sleep but at night I can't. What's happening with me I don't know. Please help me.

I have ocd( sextual thought). i consulted a doc before a month and starated taking medicine from 20 days. but now i want to stop taking these medicine. i got a job and it need more dedication but these medicine make me lasy. plese help me

Hi, Greetings. The list is actually long. I am unable to enjoy my life. Reasons are many. I could not pass my Under Graduation yet. Have no degree certificate in hand, though i was supposed to get in 2016 July. I wish I could write more, but I only have 500 characters to fill. From past 6 months i am feeling sleepy while studying or working on laptop when i go to sleep at daytime i can not sleep and at night i sleep 5-6 hours daily . this is affecting my study please give a solution

I have been married for 21 years now(Love Marriage), earlier in a fit of anger, I had abused my wife , for the last 2 years, she has been abusing me on every occasion. I tried to talk to her & even apologized multiple times, but her behavior does not change, I have informed her parents & relatives about it but in vain. Its getting unbearable as its impacting my professional life & I am not able to concentrate on my job.

I m confused. I quit my job. Lost everything. Nothing is going right. There are so many things I want to talk about . But I have no one who will listen and help me out with tje solution. Neither my Boyfriend nor my family.
