Sir my problem is...I feeling weak anytime.and I feel unenergized.please help me sir.i want to do something but I couldn't doing this work.please give me a affordable diet chart.i belongs From lower middle class family.

I've been having knee and back pain for awhile now. I've gotten x rays and what not but doctors say its nothing. But the knee pain is getting worse especially with job I have. And the stress I have been passing out and staying up all night like I cant sleep. Its made me really fatigue at times and my stomach hurt horribly.
