Mental Health

I have this heavy head and heart and cry for no reason. Sometimes it's difficult to hold back in public even though I am a kind of person who would feel embarrassed to. The only thing that is disturbing is why am I feeling so heavy, can't relate to anything going on in my life. I have no problems, family is supportive, job is okay too.

Have been in this situation from past few months where in a moment i am sad regretting about everything to being happy in next moment for not bothering other people around me. Crying over pity issues, irritated, fatigue dont want to get up from bed, weight gain. i can make myself understand for short duration to stop over processing thoughts but in a long term i want to be emotionally strong.

My brother is of13yrs..he dont talk to anyone..dont want to go school or step outside..dont eat anything whole day..takes alot of time during bathe and handwash..he is not ready to visit any doctor what can we do ???

Negative brain thinking after when I used weed. My question is when we used weed then it will create physiologcal problem mentally or not

I have been having serious issues falling and staying asleep. My anxiety and back problems get out of hand. When I do sleep it is either very light and I wake up wondering if I was ever fully asleep, or I sleep so deeply that I have incredibly vivid nightmares and when I am woken up it takes me about 2 hours to feel normal and not excessively tired and very distraught from the nightmare.

Hlo doctor. I always nonscence thing everytime so I can't sleep at nught n nowadays I have headache problem ni can't concentrate in my study n I always be sad

I am having Constant tremors and seeing two images for every object, headache.

My wife is diagnosed with Firm Fixed False Delusion Disorder and being treated. We need specialist consultation, more than just medicine, very professional counseling for her. We are in Indore.

My father is suffering from depression and he sleep full day and he says that he have headach mostly all day and have weakness also . Plz give adive what to do to get out of this.

M being short temperd, feel very low, no interest in any thing, feeling useless, having problem with anyone n anything. Feel worried unconscious unstable whole day. Need help to live life
