I am feeling depressed from some days due to up's and down in relationship with my spouse, we are married for more than 7 years and 1 year relationship prior to marriage but from last 1 month every thing got changed, I don't know what i have done wrong, every discussion converted in to argument and she blames me for many of the things in last 7 year, I am very much depressed now as she don't like to talk to me even, I can't even discuss with anyone, we have 5 year old daughter also, too sad

Hello sir/ ma'am. I believe I am suffering from depression. Currently I am jobless and I have lost all my confidence to get back into a job. I have been rejected from so many companies. I have an exam in January. My mind is full of thoughts always and it is really difficult to focus on one thing. I become upset very easily. There is a chaos in my mind. Kindly help me sort it out. I've been through a lot..I don't communicate with anyone at all.. I've worked really very hard in the past and I'm unemployed.. since past 2 yrs I have not contacted frnds or family so that is why I am so depressed that I just don't consider that I can even work now between unknown people so I just get angry all the time. As soon as something or someone related to past crosses in front of me I get angry.
