Constant worry
It may not be a big problem but I have been constantly worrying about everything, even the smallest things. It affects my daily life to the point where I just sleep and do nothing else. I see anything that remotely bothers me, I keep thinking about it all the time. I can't seem to take things out of my head and I'm really stressed to the point where I cry in the middle of the night for little things that don't even effect me in any way. It is stressing me out. It has been happening for months.
