Excessive thinking, Social Phobia,and Getting tension of little things too much

I’ve been having suicidele thoughts and self harming for the last 7 years I have 3 attempted suicides and I can’t sleep at nights and I’m constantly ovethinking every little desision hate being in public

I take daxid 50mg morning & afternoon.mirtaz15 before meal & fluoxine Cr 100mg,clonotril.25 after meal at night.but I feel laziness & depressed till whole day. Then doctor stop clonotril but it affect on body &feel weak in morning.

I've numbness in my hands and legs or top of head ache badly whenever I get tensed. My hands tremble a lot. I am at a mess with my life. I am in a one sided love for the past 5 years and an unable to move out of it. 8 months ago found a new guy and am trying to rush into marriage with him. There is tremendous physical urge in my body which I am unable to resist. I have heavy white discharge. I need help.

My child 9year old boy doesn't obey easily his elders . He alwys wants to do apne man ki. Very difficult to make him understand... He is lazy also. What should I do with him

I get stress attacks on a regular basis. It usually occurs at night and sometimes in the evening. I can't breathe properly, my heartbeat strikes up and sometimes my body turns cold. What should I do? I have tried yoga and morning walks but nothing worked.

I have used alpazolam for last 5 years but now i can't sleep also with this medicine even i take 2 tablets of alpazolam.. Prescribe me any sleepy drug specially which will help in above situation and less side effects

I have been experiencing depression, before depression I had terrible fear bouts.

I have OCD from last 3 months.i reffered to a doc he gave me the medicines.Plus i have the thoughts that i wanna kill someone which i actually dont wanna do.please help me out.feel like dying.please help me out.medicines didnt worked out.
