.I'm physically and mentally undergoing lot of stress and depression. I just got married about 4months. I'm frustrated when my husband used his mobile throughout the day. He just dwell into the mobile . I'm highly frustrated and got anger on him. Even, I told him so many times the thing you are doing  make me insane. but he do repeat the same.And thus leads to huge problems between us. I can't control myself. Who needs to change whether my husband or I??? I'm completely blank.

I was having little bit stress so I consulted a pshyiciatrist. He gave me carispec 1.5 mg, pari CR forte and clonafit beta tablet. Just after taking this tablets I started having interrupted sleep. I started waking up from sleep multiple times throughout the night. So after taking them for 15 days I stopped taking them. Now it's been 12-13 days that I have not taken the tablets but still I am having interrupted sleep. Pls suggest me what should I do. What is the solution to this.

As per doctor advised I am taking serta 25 mg and qutipin 25 1/2 Last 4 days and yesterday I am taking serta 50 mg and qutipin 1/2 as per doctor advice. Yesterday I had a panic attack. This medicine is a good choice for me.
