My psychiatrist is saying that do intense excerise which will lead to will power and can eradicate psychosomatic pain in my head .Is it true. I am on Fluvoxamine 100(2-0-2) and arip Mt 5 (1-0-1)

There is no scientific evidence to show that intense exercise will improve will power. You can get a second opinion from another psychiatrist and decide if you will be needing cognitive behaviour therapy or modification in your medications for improvement. Good luck

It’s true but u have to be a good judge and don’t go overboard to cause more stress in the body
Psychosomatic problems can also be cured by art therapy etc etc
Join a community of fitness or do whatever intense u do under guidance
Don’t take extra steroids or proteins
And relax
Music art and laughter best medicines
