Generally loss of motivation, has some conflict in the background. Try and see if you are doing anything that you don’t want to do, or feel forced to do. Knowing your conflicts and resolving them will lead to more positivity and enthusiasm to pursue your own goals you also seem to have depression in the background,

Depression can be helped a lot with regular exercise, doing things that you are good at, which will give you positivity and enthusiasm. Finding like minded people and mix with them so that you feel the sense of support and belonging. Maintaining emotional diary to write what ever you felt without hesitation will help to vent out emotions and be aware of your own emotions, attitudes and perceptions- that will help you change your thinking into positive mode.
