Im 32 now.. I sweat alot when ever I speak to new people or unknown people. Even if I don't know any answer, I sweat. No idea how to control the sweating.

I'm compulsive liar. Because of that I lost almost everone. , I don't want to lie but, I can't control it came automatically while in conversation I'm really scared to talk to anyone now. But in other hand I'm getting passionate about motivational speaker. Please help me in this matter. Thanks in advance.

My friend is a security guard, and in the dawn of Jan. 2, he accidentally shot a thief in the head ( the bullet bounced back because it was shot near the ground) which killed him instantly. And now, after the incident, my friend cannot sleep well, he feels so gulity about what happend, and sometimes he xries because of it. I feel so bad for him, he's a nice man and what happened was an accident. How can I help him cope up with it? Please help. Thank you.

I feel as though I've gone cold to my girlfriend. I feel as though I still love her and a lot of the time when I think about her, I feel it, but when I'm talking to her, sometimes I feel cold. She's o perfect for me in every way, so I just can't wrap my head around why I feel like this. It's been going on for 3 to 4 months now. I think I might be depressed, because it doesn't make sense to me why I'd feel like this about someone who's so special to me.

Patient feels drowsiness and sleepiness all the time along with loss of appetite. Is it happening due to any medicine? Kindly advice. Thanks
