Hi I'm 17 and I think I'm depressed. I don't ever have suicidal thoughts but I still feel as though I could use some advice

For the last 6 months, my hands have been super sweaty- when im nervous they are damp and you can see the wetness in the light. Its really embarrassing! I also have big battles with low confidence and anxeity. As well as upper back pain and constantly being tiered. I keep telling my mum about my hands but she keeps suggesting home remedies. Im to scared to tell anyone else or push mum further.

Not with me, but a friend of mine:She, at least to the naked eye, is faking illnesses. She buys like mugfull of meds, but then doesn't use them and throws them away after the expiry date. After being rejected to be admitted into a hospital after a lot of tests, she tried a different hospital hoping to get admitted. She has been known to complain about an allergy to the fur of dogs, cats and detergents, and that she feels the need to vomit. asking if this is a mental health problem, or real.

I drank 2 beers on 450 mg of Wellbutrin and went from feeling its effects (I've been on it for about a month now) to not feeling its effects anymore and instead have felt quite depressed. I drank about 5 days ago now and still feel the same with little to no change. I went from being energetic and easily getting out of bed in the morning to feeling like I could sleep all day. How long until my mood and energy goes back to normal?

I'm 29yrs old. I realised I'm a night walker. I can't just sleep like every normal being no matter how busy or light my activities was during the day. My eyes and brain will be so active. I’ve had a bad breakup 1 month back He was everything that I ever wanted. I planned to marry him coming year but suddenly one day he says he can’t stay anymore and left : after 2 Days he says he has found someone else and has moved on And is threatening me now to kill me if I come between them and said he never loved me But I loved him and it hurts . Confusing and unpleasant thoughts haunt me the whole day. It's hard to concentrate on anything with them in mind. My thoughts-compulsions contradict my wants and desires. It's frustrating and frightening at the same time.
