I am 27 years of age , male , I Have trouble focusing on anything, or completing any tasks, and off lately it is taking a toll on my work life and personal life. I often tend to over think and over analyze basic things.I have a lot of hobbies and i keep switching from one to other , resulting in not completing any of them. (like half read books,half done paintings, half done songs etc. are the most common scene in my house.). Could it be psychological, or am i just lazy like everyone else

Today when I awake from my sleep I am facing irregular heartbeat and I am confused is it an anxiety attack or just arrhemethia . How can I overcome it. I am having dizziness drowsiness and heavy chest and abnormal breathing along with abnormal heartbeat

I am just curious of whats happening to me. I just cant stop thinking about this female celebrity. Am I going Crazy? and Is there something I can do about this?

He is feeling dizzy and is always feeling very uncomfortable. And these effects are not feeling like common side effects of medicine. He feels like low BP. He is taking these medicines since 4 days.

Hi sir/madam, My sister has been suffering from mental illness since last 8 years.still she is not mentally prepared. She used to beat my mother all the times and use abusive word while in conversation. Whenever she speaks , use loader voice. We have been taking cure since 8 years. I have been on on/off again on SSRI's the past 8 years for GAD. Although it has helped reduce the panicy problems, I am starting to question the benefit of my general well-being. I seem to feel my best when I take a benzo, which finally puts my brain & body at ease. From reading and my behavior, a GABA deficiency seems to make the most sense for my feelings. I want to feel normal more often than not like I do when I take a xanax, without having to depend on a benzo
