Constant fighting with my gf, hadn't laughed from a bit time, losing interest in activities I love, too many breaks in sleep, irritation.

I've been having depressive symptoms for a about 3 years now. I've seen a psychotherapist but no progress was made and I couldn't even talk to her - now she went on sick leave and I was told I'd be put on a waiting list but I'm not sure that's happened. At this point, i think talk therapy is too slow for me and I need something more helpful and straight to the point. So I'd like to know how do I go about getting anti depressants?

Hey, I am 17 years old i feel very uncomfortable with myself. However i am very talented but i don't because of some unbearable thoughts i am unable to do any work i am not doing well in high school and also unable to put efforts i feel very demotivated for 3 years i am gradually becoming dull nill every one think i am rude i took people's reaction and talks very seriously i am not hapoy with my self i am not exceling in the feilds i want and i can please helo me i feel like a loser every time

I’ve been struggling with controlling my emotions. I go through episodes of severe sadness and helplessness to episodes of anger and irritability. I feel unstable, most days I don’t want to get out of bed. I hardly eat, I don’t talk to anyone. I feel pitiful, and it sickens me. I don’t know what’s wrong or what triggers these feelings, but it’s getting worse. It’s happening daily that something sets me off. I couldn’t even brush my teeth last week without breaking down...I need help, I want help

Suffer from anxiety and depression, prescribed Mirtazapine 15mg which worked to start with it now don’t feel like they are working. What can I do?

Anxiety...not able to a.sleep at all with our medicines...stress relatedBP.On T PARI CR PLUS 25 mg gradually tapered. Also took clonozopam.5 25mg and zolfresh12 12.5 mg. Still less sleepAnxiety continues especially when going to sleep in night.BP also raises with stress.

My daughter is 27yrs . Having marital problems . Very depressed ,anxietyand suicidal . Please help. Wat can I give her to help her .

My mom always be shouting, doubting on everything, stubborn to the things, she will get anger unnecessarily, she will smile very rarely, she will enjoy nothing. Always busy with cribbing and poking. we are from a descent family background. we face many embarrassing situation in front of others. About her back ground-She lost her mom at her 14yrs and faced many humiliations with her brothers and sisters (as per she said). (As per my dad my mom's mother was behaving wiered at all no moon days and her dad used to beat her). We tried with many doctors, my mom has no acceptance, and she not taking medication properly. she says what ever she do is right and others are wrong. She doesn't believe anyone. We are facing many problems out of her behaviour. I am facing issues in my marriage, and my brother newly married just 6months back he is also facing very worst situations in front of his wife. I hope I can get solution over here.

Hi I have been taking klonopin .5 min for the past 3 days how can I stop this can I stop taking these pills for my anxiety problems??

I have left my job in Feb 2017 to prepare for MBA..But from the last 6 months..I m Nt able to study..Infact I don't feel like doing anything..My sleep cycle has changed. I become restless when i m tryg to sleep and I oversleep for more than 12 hours so that I don't have to face the day.I have just wasted 1 year of my life.I don't have a job now neither I have friends who can understand me or my situation. I just want to run away from my home.I feel so empty from inside.
