I want to have modafonil , since everyone says to ask a good doctor and i'am a 19 year old student in bangalore.

Hi, a friend of mine loves a girl, He writes many love letters for her but she doesn't answer. However my friend continue to write more love letters for her, I saw one of his letters, he wrote her name 100 times and at the end, he wrote: "Oh, my dear, I Love you very much". I found it a little weird and I decided to ask a psychologist that is it normal or it is a sign of a psychological problem? He is a great writer and poet.

I'm suffering from mental depression , i don't know there is a lots of hate or negativity in my mind , i can't sleep properly , i can't concentrate properly even i can't remember things , in my right side body always pain ( legs , hand , shoulder , eye , head ) i can't control my mind , i hate everyone and everyone hates me  and no one is happy with me , i can't express myself , i think too Dirty, i hate peoples , I'm too confus in everything , somtimes i feel bad and sometimes i feel good in same thing , i want but i can't do anything for me , I'm failure , i take everything too serious and deep , i think everything happens there is a reason behind that , people says I'm boring , sometimes I'm introvert and sometimes I'm extrovert , i can't live same in anything , every day aor week i have been change ( my thought , my routine )

I've been diagnosed as rapid cycling bipolar. Can thyroid problems cause extreme mood swings over the course of a day?

My father has this issue of reacting very weird on small small things he starts shouting AND saying very bad things very badly AND then he says I wont do it again when we all dont talk to him AND starts crying like a baby or as a psyco. Because of him all us are affceted mentally. I think he has some mental issue can someone help me on this.

Whenever i get depressed and my anxiety level rises. I hear loud ringing in ears and light headed, is this normal. The ringing is extreme, and persistent and unbearable.

I get worried easily and have to give some thumping beats with my hand on heart to calm myself.
