Hi, I came before but I can't find the question again. My sister is paranoid, reclusive and goes through many mood swings. She hoards and even though her room is dirty, she thinks of it as clean. She spends all of her time with a cat and gets aggressive whenever we suggest she speak to somebody. She thinks everyone is out to get her. She definitely has some OCD tendencies like washing her hands repeatedly and she only touches things using a paper towel. If you touch it, you taint it.

I have had a bad relationship in the past and it is effecting my current relationship. Just because of past events I’m unable to trust and feeling Insecure all the time. I can’t sleep at night due to over thinking and feb a small disturbing incident is creating an unwanted distance between us. And my current relationship is a long distance one.

Mental illness, self esteem issue, depression, pessimist. I have no motivation in my life.

I've been feeling very low lately and i just sometimes cry for no reason and my sleep pattern is disturbed too.

Sir I'm now studying BTech 2nd year getting very sad. I want to talk with my friends but no one text a message to me and they don't care about me. I'm getting that thought over and over again. I am going into sadness and it is trying to anger. From 9th class onwards when I was looking at others I am worried about them.

Right from my childhood im seeing my mom suspecting everyone for one or the other reason . She has isolated the family from all relatives & friends by shouting at them saying they have come to steal from her home . Recently she has started hiding vegetables & stuffs suspecting vegetables and groceries being stolen from home . When Somebody visits home first thing she does is hide everybody's wallets & keys to the locker . Father has drinking problems , he comes home drunk and pick up fight with mom for all the above mentioned reasons .im in a deadlock thinking since father is drunkard mom became that way or since Mom is that way father has become drunkard . There is no emotional attachment in the family , everyone lives on their own. its depressing to come home everyday . Need help

Sir/madam can I take a medicine MODELART 200 MG . at night time... While bad time.

Once before 4 months ,I had gone to the psychiatrist to cure my chronic anxiety .He had prescribed me medicines .What exactly medicines do to cure anxiety & stress ? Do medicines change our thinking pattern of  mind ? Suggest

I 26 year old girl , I am ambitious and want to achieve my goal . Whenever my parents or relatives talk about marriage I go mad and feel stressed . my ambition is more important for me than getting married . Also I lack any positive image of marriage . if i get marry before i achieve my goal , i may go mad .

I needed some advice in relation to a family member (male,21 yo,graduation student) who has came in habit of consuming ganja.He denies any addiction or dependence and fails to see any reason as to why he should stop.He denies any negetive effect mentally or physically.Mentally however some symtomps as aggression, stubbornness,emotional detachment have came up.His attitude has become implusive of late and he does what he wants,stopping him becomes impossible by any means.
