Addiction to ambien or stilnox

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I suffer with insomnia been taking stilnox and began to abuse it i take upto 10 a day now or my body goes into a jerk im getting married in 2 months and do not want to be on any medication how do i go about stopping it with the least amount of withdrawal
