Doctor my breakup happened in November and since then I'm unable or recover from the sadness. I'm unable to think about anything else and since my JEE MAINS is coming I need to forget my past and stay happy. I've tried every possible means but nothing is working. I've even cut my hand multiple times.  My parents don't know about it so I would appreciate if you won't tell them.

Hi , I have one elder sister .she is 29 years old, she is deaf and dumb . she puts hearing aid  too . she did schooling till 12th ., And after that she started at home . from last 2 to 3 mnths we are seeing too many changes in her . she thinks too much on small things and get tensed . she gets  sleep very late night ( she was very punctual on her routine ) . she gets angry soon , she doesn't share what she is thinking . sometimes she is like she wants to marry sometimes she tells no , we actually belong from small city , ahe doesn't wants to get married in tha city , she has desire of getting married in big metro cities but we can't bhi initial stage it's very compulsory that she needs to stay with my parents for support as she is very innocent . I am very worried about what has happened to her.  when we talk she will get angry and ask us to be quiet . I try to talk to her but she will never express.  can u pls help me what to do , I m very helpless .

I am suffering from OCD since 3 years. Last 8 months I was very well. But since 7 days I am feeling tha symtoms very badly. Now what should I do ?

Hiii.....i have a question about defense mechanisms....can it be so strong that someone could stop confronting the other people....nd start running away from them?......nd if so.....is there any method to treat .......any long course treatment?.

Doctor my father is regularly using qutin 100 mg tablets for mood disorder diseases, Now a days he is not taking tablets he don't controls thinking something mouth moving only doctor please suggest me any alternative treatments already he takes blood sugar ,blood pressure tablets. Thank you

Can Anxiety and stress  or depression cause constant  pressure around head ,like 24*7 heaviness around head and can it remain for like 5 years or more ? I'm also suffering from pcod , don't get periods without medicine , but my main question is about my head heaviness , because doctor says it's due to stress . Am I taking that much stress that this heaviness is not going for a single second from my head ? From past 5 years I have seen so many good days too but this pressure doesn't go away. Kindly reply is it stress or what could be the other reason for this constant heaviness from last 5 years on my head ?and what can I do about it .

I have low confidence about anything. I try very hard but I do not know. I am afraid to talk anyone openly.and also afraid to ride vicycle .its too much complicated plz hlp

I've been hearing, seeing things that aren't there. It is very hard for me to distinguish reality and imagination. And I talk to someone inside my head that no one else can hear. I also harm my self when things go wrong.

My beloved blocked me from her twitter group.I am extremely worried.Heart is sinking. what to do.

I Have an anxity disorder,, kindly let me know is it a life threatening, consulted a doctor and she suggested a Daxid and lonazep everyday but I want to overcome with out a medicine.. kindly guide me on the same !!
