I've been having minor and some major breakdowns--which usually happens twice a month--and I constantly get angry in my thoughts--it's the thing I do as a substitute if I'm not crying/don't cry--I kick stuff and shout on pillows. I am not being the bubbly of a person my companions used to know. I feel very insecure and mentally conflicted over making decisions and actions. I don't tell my friends/parents about this because maybe it's just normal as a teenager. What is your diagnosis? Thank you.

Temper tantrums are normal in teenagers but what you are experiencing is repressed anger that is surfacing in bouts. You may feel less understood or ignored or rejected and you may want attention from people so that they know that you’re in pain, but expressing it through anger will only alienate them from you. Try speaking to your parents about this and help them understand what you’re going through. This may guide them to take help of a mental health profession for you and for them as well.
