Mental health?
I've been hallucinating for a couple of months... it's becoming frequent from quite a while..also I sleep late bcuz of my horrible sleep schedule...but hopefully I will get back to my normal sleep schedule after college work sets in... I also I think I have adhd...it mi8 hve gotten worse...I dnt knw when it started... I'm also bulimic and I hve Binge ed...I mi8 hve depression but who doesn't now lol... anyways...my mental health is just fucked up...n I just need a path or a solution to it.

Sleep hygiene tips : Be consistent for your sleep schedule Limit exposure to bright light in the evenings. Dont use bed for other activities like eating, playing etc. Turn off electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Don’t eat a large meal before bedtime. Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy diet. Avoid consuming caffeine in the afternoon or evening. Avoid consuming alcohol before bedtime.
