I go to sleep. See a dream. The problem arise if I wake up in the middle of my dream. I start thinking what am I supposed to do now following the incidents of my deam. It happens badly and having negative effects when I am sleeping with someone especially when holding them. Suppose I start dreaming that I am a football player, I need to make a goal. But I wake up and swipe my hand over the body of my uncle thinking I'm making a run to the goalpost. It happened many times. I'm worried.

My child is in class 8 bt he never try like to study. He never try to think about any thing. He alwys want to play. He never complete his work. I m verr worried about his future.

I don't know what is this... I'm always thinking about I'm abusing someone only in my mind but in reality I don't even use these words.. Sometimes I want to smoking or drinking But I'm not sad... I enjoy myself when I'm with my family.. but sometimes I feel low.. nd I can't conectarte on anything... I can't study.. can't do anything for more time.. help me

I don't find happiness or satisfaction doing anything. I eat too much but I can't enjoy food. I laugh when people are around but it's not inner. I think I just fake it. I sleep too much but I don't enjoy it also. I always find myself in pain emotionally and physically. May be I'm depressed. I always feel lethargic. I don't like doing anything.

I've type 1 diabetes since 10 years,23 year old. : suffering from hypoglycemia very alternative days in the morning:Reasons are: 1) Career stress 2)At present i'm doing job as fresher database trainee.So manager will give tasks to solve.But to be honest when i did not understand that task to do,i feel so bad and get panicked.3)All worst moments happening in my life especially hypoglycemia,i'm worried about my mom and other family members ,how should i face them post op hypoglycemia.Advice me!

Earlier I have issues of negative thoughts..which comes regularly..but due to some ignores and understanding basics of thought..I have solved negative thoughts issue.. Now I am finding that..I am thinking more.. means on any topic..and I want to stop it..it may stop for sometime..but again thinking...that is creating irritation day to day life... I have no issues with sleeping.. Please advice me Thank you

My sister is suffering from not recognizing her love one around her and she having this massive headache. She just recently had a baby. She always complaining about her being exhausted and the husband and children asking so many things for her to do. They went to see the dr and basically they just gave her some biogisec for headaches and multivitamins. Her situation still the name not recognizing her children and the rest of the family. She also complaining about her head hurt.
