My son is 6yrs and gets extremely angry if something of his desire is not met and makes peculiar faces and bites and throws things and cries. ...actually the thing is he doesn't get his father and we live in my dad's place and in weekend he gets to meet his father

I am having relationship issue. i and my partner were in relationship from past 3 years things were good but suddenly he started to change leaving me alone. we are in long distance relationship but we were happy but now we are having trust issue. i cant trust my partner as he alway leave me for his friends whether its a normal day or special festivals when we always tend to stay with each other. he has completely changed himself. lie to me that he drink. breaks all his promises for his friends.

Hello Dr, My sister, Bushra, is a 12 yrs old special child. She is mentally weak by birth. We assume that she is autistic but we haven't been able to get a proper answer from any doctor about her condition yet. She has difficulty in speech and is very thin for her age, only weighing 21kgs. She has a tendency to hit herself in the face with her fists, which results in a black eye most of the times. As she is growing, she is developing a tendency to scream non-stop for hours. From few months, her abdomen looks bloated. Doctors had said there was a infection in her intestines, for which she was being treated until recently, with not much improvement. Earlier this week, we got her MRI scanned in SRMS Hospital, Bareilly (UP). I have attached the report with this note. She is on medication too. Please advise from your expertise what you think of her condition and have any comments to share on the MRI report or any other suggestions regarding any doctor, treatment, therapy etc. Thanks a lot.

I am an undergraduate student . Throughout school I was quite good in studies. However ever since joining college my grades have dropped. The field of study which I have chosen has a very limited number of places for doing masters in. I am preparing for them but I have lost motivation to study and pursue this goal.
