I took zapiz. 50g 10 tablets what can happen with me. I am alone in may home what should I do

Hello, I'm 13 years old. I feel sad most of time. I sleep a lot, I always feel tired even though I don't do much work. I get scared to tell someone how I feel most of time (they might think its stupid hehehe). What kind of stuff I am experiencing? This has been going on for a long time now.

I have may exams soon ..i feel sleepy all day and night ..so kindly suggest me some pills so that i can concentrate on my studies and sleep less..
