Sleeping problem
I am unable to sleep at night although i am tired most of the time, i get sleep around 2-3a.m and often wakes up at 7-8a.m automatically. Most of the time i get emotional breakdowns. Most of the time feels like not talking to anyone. I feel like i am broken .

Sleeplessness is usually caused by anxiety and unbalanced diet. It affects the hormones and chemical balances in our body. Sometimes a personal tragedy, loss, trauma or conflict also results in anxiety which results in too much thinking. Leaving you tired, lethargic and finally sleeplessness.
Next Steps
Try to come back to your normal routine. Drink herbal teas. Talk about what is bothering you or happening in your life with people you trust.  Talking usually helps. See your physician of you feel the problem is Physical. Take warm baths. Usually warm baths/showers relaxes the tensed muscles in our body and will help in sleep.
