I have sleep problem from long time
I want to try melatonin supplement and magnesium supplement Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Glycinate 1648 mg and himalaya melatonin 10mg
I want to know if I had dinner at 8 pm then when should I take himalaya magnesium and when should I take himalaya melatonin ?

Magnesium has minimal role in any of the problems you have mentioned consult a psychiatrist! And asking the same doubt regarding magnesium repeatedly will not improve its effectiveness
If it an ayurvedic preperation consult a qualified ayurveda doctor and take. You should not land up with magnesium toxicity. Melatonin and magnesium in general do oot have interactions. Good luck
