I have been sad for a long time for no particular reason, depressed and happy , my dog passed away which aggravated the problem

I have a severe stress isdue and high bp ..pls help me...i am stressing too much ..nd recently checked bp..it was 180...i cant sleep well...too much stress and am always rechecking things...i need advice

I'm afraid i might have bipolar disorder and i would like to know from a professional if this is true or not.

I am facing serious kind of mood swings. I had my periods so it thought it's because of them but now it's hard for me to stay stable ...Even for sleeping I have to do 100 things like deep breathing,walking and eyes shutoff and on again n again. Please help me. I am feeling like this life worth no more and sometimes I feel totally motivated. Suggest something. And still I think I am unable to wrote what I feel in a proper way.
