I have a bad habet i. Am everytime thinking about small things. I feel tention of every moment. I am not feel relax in my brain. I m think of every that moment those hapens in my life think again and again and feel tention again and again

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating.
