Hello, I was diagnosed with ADHD in a young age but I'm still worried about my mental health. I lived in the US for my entire life and had to come back to Japan because of my mother's work. It has been 9 months already but I am still struggling with Japanese and don't have any real friends I am comfortable around. This makes me feel lonely and sad. I sometime go in this state where I feel worthless and hopeless and want to cut myself, but I can never do it because my mother.

As per your statement you're depressed u need to share your feelings to someone whom u trust. Adapting to new environment and language will be difficult but life goes on changing u need to consult a psychologist for better suggestions.
