  4. Mental disorder. Take treatment of her?

My mother have mental problem from about 20 years and yet no medication are done. She behave likes alone person and always talks with herself. She didn't live as a normal human and always murmuring in itself. So ,tell me please how can I take treatment of her ?? Please!!!!!!
