Will Binaural beats helps ADHD PATIENTS TO IMPROVE FOCUS and attention and reduce impulsivity and hyperactivity ?

It's been almost 3 months, I am having a kind of dizziness and sometimes i feel like something strange is happening to me like, whenever i see a boy with long hair and chubby cheeks, i feel like it is my younger brother who passed away when i was 8 years old. it haunts me a lot. what might be the reason for this ?

For my queries doctor told me that take counselling support to learn few mental behavioral changes and exercises to overcome emotional impression.please let me know about it. Please give me guidance about that.

I don't have any particular problem, but i have a doubt. I am a Literature student and i am writing a work of fiction. I just wanted to know that, whether there is any psychological disease where the patient feel like an individual he is not familiar as a guy who he knows for a long term and act according to that . For example if i would have any particular disease as i pointed out, i would feel a total stranger who i didn't know as a person i have known for a while.

Am not able to see my future, my career not able think what to do next I just go and from from job this is what is happening in my life, I feel like everyone is so dedicated towards Thier future , why am not? I cannot control myself. I am getting anxiety attacks often. I overthink situations and suddenly start to cry. Then suddenly I get angry and avoid everyone. I laugh a lot and then start crying the next minute. I am hurting everyone because of this behaviour. I don't know what to do. I constantly think about dying.
