Hello both are effective for ocd. Meta-analyses comparing the different SSRIs drugs which include both fluoxetine and pexep (paroxetine) have not shown superiority
of any one SSRI over the other. Fluoxetine can be given at a dose range of 60-80mg per day for OCD. If fluoxetine is showing better effect you can continue with it along with counselling.
