I HV been going through random mood swings and anger.and when I get normal then realized what I HV done in anger.more sadness and hopelessness is there.dont know how to deal with all the things.have many things to do but don't want to do anything.just want to sleep.i am too tired.please help me.

I have been facing lack of sleep from past one month. I feel very tired before going to bed due to work and once I sleep I can hardly sleep for one to two hours. Due to this in the morning I get bad headache(backside of my head).today I consulted doctor and when the BP test done it was 130/100. Can anybody help me with this??thanks in advance.

Hi,my name is Shefali. I am a BDS student. Due to some reasons that happened with me in my past,I am getting stressed day by day. At night,I am unable to sleep because all those things come into my mind.....sometimes even I get palpitations too.......Am I in depression?? I am suffering from PCOD,Spondilysis,and even migraine.

One of my cousin was suffered by mouth cancer . I smokes so much .Ant I wanted to quit it but not able to do that . Every time any kind of pain in my mouth or throat it feels it s a cancer . All the time I think it's last day for smoke . But never quitted it . I m in depression it feels I m killing my self but I can do nothing with that .

Patient is an average person with good health conditions Due to divorce she looking for second marriage her parents assumed she's in stress and forced her to meet Psychiatrist. Her Psychiatrist prescriptions makes her sleep16 hours for a day !for past three months. she also feels Drowsy while she awake .Her Physical appearance have been changed ,routine work affected. we fear about Side effects caused by the drugs prescribed by the Psychiatrist .The Psychiatrist is asking to resign her job and postponed her fixed marriage Allen's. she's feeling isolated ! she's unwilling to taking those tablets prescribed by the Psychiatrist. her parents forced to take the tablets .We need a second opinion kindly help us to understand about Treatment
