Hi. I am writing this to ask your advice on the situation I am in. Lately I am facing severe anxiety such as will I be able to finish my project on time?, Am I lagging behind my friends in terms of professional and personal success. Mostly when I am not with somebody like at times after evening, at night, these thoughts prevail. So to distract I watch movies and tv-series binge till the point when I cannot be awake more and sleep. What can I do about this?

Anxiety to some extent is quite normal, if it becomes a problem for ur life, then u need to consult a psychiatrist.. Feel free to consult me online.. Binging on tv series is not advisable at this point of time
