My brother have stress issues. He easily get irritate without any reason at that stage he shouts a lot. His anger makes him to fumble while talking. We tried to know the actual problem but he never explained us. He like to spend time alone n reading books. We find him depressed. Can u suggest something to reduce his stress

I have been facing lack of sleep from past one month. I feel very tired before going to bed due to work and once I sleep I can hardly sleep for one to two hours. Due to this in the morning I get bad headache(backside of my head).today I consulted doctor and when the BP test done it was 130/100. Can anybody help me with this??thanks in advance.
