I don't know but I have more time fear and also insecure because I have overthink problem nowadays I fail in exam so insecurity and fear increase but in normal life I also suffer from fear n insecurity I face that I do that wrong or right N hard to face difficult situation also to much sensative n emotional I am Most of stuck in uncertain things Which also good and bad also I stuck in both but in good situation less stuck but in bad to much stuck Too many thoughts and also to much fear of my father also don't know what to do

I am having terrible time regarding my mental health i have earned very hard earned money working for 5-6 years almost continuesly and collected a good amount of money thats what all i have i dont have any property or any family money but i dont know what happened with me now i am not likeing my money i dont want to do anything with my money and i always feel tensed and i think a lot about what other people will think about me and speak about this and that and in this thinking i have handed all my hard earned money to someone.while handing that money i have that nervousness in me but i though that he will be angry on me and he will say random thinks about me to my family etc. But now i am regretting my decision and hurting myself what shall i do.i am very confused what is happening with me previously i love and cared a lot about my money but rn i dont finding money pleasureable Pls help

My wife takes psychiatric medicines for bipolar mood disorder. Sometimes as a side effect, palpitation increases upto 170 . She takes Ciplar LA 20 and Clonazepam 0.5 and it stabilises in two three hours. Can Ciplar LA 20 be increased upto Ciplar LA 40? Should she take Ciplar 20 instead of Ciplar LA 20? Thanks. Any other suggestion for such sudden palpitations?
