My problem is not for me but concerning my wife,ilive in Montreal so the system here is terrible.To sum it up as shortly as I can my wife asked to be separated after 22years of marriage.Then I find out she made an online friend and wants to move to Haiti to see this guy.myself and all her family tell her about the dangers there but she doesn't agree.All her symptoms are fantasy like.She says she doesn't want to date anyone here..Her 2siblings also suffer.1 schizophrenia 2nd depression,,,help

Hello Dr. I am 40 yrs. male.I am suffering from OCD & depression since 22 yrs. now & on psychiatric treatment. During this 22 yrs. I gone through many types of medicines. Presently I am taking medicine (Delok 30 mg + Hexidol 0.75 mg + zolcalm 5 mg) daily with if required taking modafil 50 mg, zapiz 0.25 I am taking Zolcalm 5mg Tablet since last 5 yrs. When I read its long term side effects like addiction, memory loss etc. gets anxious.Is this true ? Please need expert advice.

I've been having bad dreams and I don't actually remember what I dream but am totally remembering these dreams. Im getting easily irritable these days. I'm also so scared to sleep. And im waking up at 3 everyday due lo these dreams. I experience hypnic jerks almost every time I sleep these days.

Hi! I have been taking Nexito 10 for 6-7 years for anxiety. The symptoms are under control except that I fee my brain heating up quite often. My main concern is that I have gained around 12 kgs since I started this medicine while diet has remained the same. Is Nexito the cause?

My father, is been diagnosed with bipolar disorder , for past 2.5 years he had one ep of mania that last for 3+ months but he was on meds i.e. antidepressants and anti psychotics , then for like past nine months he stopped taking anti psychotics and kept taking antidepressent then from feb 3 2018 we noticed severe manic symptoms , too happy too angry , spending too much money, i want to know how long u think this episode gonna last and how to give him meds cuz he thinks he is ok he does'nt need?

I have been on Mertazapine ( 22.5 mg then 15 mg and 7.5 mg) from 27th February and Quitapine 25 mg ( from April 4) have noticed an unusual increase in appetite and hence weight gain. I would like to know the following: 1. With regular exercise and controller diet the weight gain can reduced ? 2. Does taking mertazapine makes one diabetic? My Hb1ac reads 5.9 now.

Hello actually m suffering from stress from few days inhad got an hiv test done and results were negative and doctor said i m fine i dont hv infection but still i keep thinking the same thing that what if reports would be wrong n should i rely on my reports etc i always hv some kind of another future fears in my mind related to mny things n i dont know how to overcome it

I'm talking behalf of my mother. She gets hallucinations of a strong presence and also feels bipolar at times. Have tried to explain her alot but she denies that it's her brain, but I know the subconscious takes over your senses. You feel sans. But is there a way , you or I can help, else i very well know that she's gonna get crazy.
