It has been happening since years but i never took this seriously...whenever I’m alone I imagine certain characters and situations which aren’t real, and then i enact them. These characters sometimes overtake the way i think a look at the world, they even have their own email ids and social media accounts and what not they have specific names and identities

I am taking esticalprolam more than a year, I feeling good after taking this medicine, but I went to physician to take physical fitness report, physician took all my test but my heart beat is slow, he took my ECG report was normal 65bpm, but that pulse checking tool shows 58bpm. Please any one help me whether esticalprolam decrease heart beat?

My daughter has bipolar 11, panic and anxiety disorder and social anxiety. she is on a mood stabilizer and depression pill she was a little better but for the past 3 days she is almost in a coma like state she has slept for 3 days and has hardly gotten up once I talk to her she says I'm just tired. I don't know what to do she's had trouble holding down a job for the past two years due to her bipolar so she hasn't had any insurance .

I am suffering from alogia and severe insomnia ..please suggest medicine that are required..

I'm not able to concentrate and focus on things.I'm easily getting diverted.

I've been hoping and searching for a free counselor but I can't find any. I'm still a student and financially dependent. I've been having the usual scary questions I can't get rid of, why are we here, what goes after death, and the every day fear that someone in my family might be gone and where do I find them when it's my turn to die, the fear I feel when I imagine forever because it's endless, what happens next? I feel immobilized, I'm scared. Pls help me, I just want to be the old me again.

I have a married elder sister.Her age is 24.About 5 years she affected from mental problem.she has been taken medicine also from expert mental doctor since 5 years.Her main problem is jealousy.She always misuses with our family members.She has high ambitions ,like to eat valuable foods,to live in ahigh building home,valuable car,valuable costumes etc.But we are a lower middle class family.I have another unmarried elder sister and she always says that she never make her to marry.Me not exception

Past memories making me depress and cause insomnia. Heart burning and feeling of attack. How can i get rid from that incident. It making me mad.

I had severe stress in the past months and since then I couldn't sleep in the night and when I'm awake I think about things alot which I don't think is normal I am about to get married and it's in next week and I think it will all go away when I'll marry cause my stress was also related to my fiance...I could sleep some nights and some nights I sleep but my mind is awake and when I wake up I don't feel refreshed this is affecting my productivity and output this problem is since past three months
