Hi Jealously :- wonder to know how this emotion arises, it is deep rooted hidden emotion of craving of self esteem which does not meet at right place where you are placed now. To understand jealous as emotion , live it , don’t fight with it , let the jealous come and watch it consciously and with more awareness. When evaluate depth of your inner self , you will find stupidity of being jealous. It is very superficial emotions , roots are different. Be mindful and practice of “ self search” Give time to yourself with nature. Listen to “ Mooji” on you tube. You will definitely be better person. Last but not the least, jealously is very common prevalent emotion, don’t feel wrong , be grateful that you are sharing your emotions. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
