I am having lot of feelings inside me which I can’t express to others.. it makes me to stress a lot.. m losing my mind these days

I've been having symptoms of bi polar's low state for a few months and I'm not able to break out of that state. I have memory loss and real problem connecting thoughts. I haven't been able to communicate verbally with anyone properly for months.

I am living part time with my boyfriend's son who is 18 and is diagnosed ocd intrusive thoughts. I am wondering if his diagnosis has been thoroughly explored because he has such extreme bouts. For the last four weeks he experiences up to four hours of screaming and pacing and backstepping away from the thoughts...he's actually talking to the thoughts and to people online who are not present. He even hits himself.

I've had alot of stress and anxiety and I don't know how to deal with it I constantly cry and want to stop

Hi sir/madam I am not happy with my family life. I feel that my husband is not happy with me. I am having 2 kids..He used to scold me in front of a public. He used to insult me in front my in laws and they are taking this as an advantage. I feel angry towards me.. and some times feel to die. Not at all happy from inside my mind. I was wondering if my medication was working for my depression/anxiety. I feel calm comfortable relaxed but I still have all of my symptoms. I was on effexor 150mg. But raised it to 225mg.

Panic while entering low height and closed spaces, especially Airplane. I take Librium 10 to control myself. I always look for emergency exit door. I alway choose seat near to exit door in cinema also.
