Due to my excess over thinking problem, I met with a psychiatrist who suggest ed me citawok 10 . I took one tablet of citawok and then after I felt headhech, vomiting.  please suggest me what should I do with this medicine ?? continue or stop? any side effect of this medicine? any other way can remove my over thinking problem

I have been experiencing extreme mood swings right before a week for my periods and this has been continuing for 2-3 years. It's so strange that I either get so depressed or fight with people around me. I saw in internet and it showed symptoms for PMDD or PMS. I didn't want to conclude myself with the internet result.
