I have nerve weakness problem ayurvedic doctor prescribe ashwagandharista a nerve tonic. But I want to take allopathy so please suggest best multivitamin and multimineral for nerve weak.

Dear sir i used medicines for some psychiatric problem. Like Valprol cr, Olanex plus, Olapin plus. Now my problem gone, doctor also told me 'it's enough stop the medication' so i stopped medication, iam not using now. However.. here... i will ask you one thing. while iam using this medication i gained good weight. And i reached my ideal weight as per my height. it is good for me. iam very happy with this. Because iam underweight before using this medication. With this medication i gained good weight. This medication worked very good on me. (Except few side effects like hair loss, skin blackening, stomach fat etc) Almost three months over. now again i decreased my weight. Almost iam underweight now. So i decided, again now i want to consult that doctor. And i want to use that medicine again to increase weight. is it ok ? is there any problem ? Can i use that medicine again ?

Hi I am 26 year old. Since last year I was very active in every affairs like business, physical activity etc. but on feb 2018 I got a panic attack in which my blood pressure raised to 140/90. At that time I was so worried how my blood pressure gone too high as I don't know that was a normal range. Later I was keep thinking about my blood pressure everyday n slowly I got so worried n anxious whenever doc used to check blood pressure it's always in the range of 140-160/70-95. I am on Supermet XL 25 mg. I have an Omron BP apparatus at home. If I check my BP at home my Blood pressure Average used to be 115/75 sometimes even less than this very few times it touches above 128/85. So my question is can I stop BP medicine ?

I have after some time recurrent apthous ulcer due to nervous system weak. My grandfather is 81 years old and suffering from dementia. It is extremely difficult to take care of him at home due to everyone's busy schedules and he needs round the clock attention. We are somehow managing it right now but a long term solution is needed. I want to know if there are any good centres for dementia patients where they can be taken care of and be around people qualified enough to take care of him. I live in Chandigarh.

I am taking antidepressants tab.  depsol 25 mg and rexipra from last 5 year and my depression is under control, today for my migraine and enxity ear pressure issue , migraine dr. Give  tablet  amitone10 and flunil10. And tell me to stop old prescribed antidepressants. What should I do for migraine issue ?
