How does risperdal and solian medicine work biologically to treat schizophrenia. What is exact working of medicine. Does long term treatment with risperdal and solian result in forgetting things

Hi, i am suffering from anxiety neurosys. feeling seviour headache in both left & right sides of the head. some times suddenly my heart beat will increase, most of the times my mood will get fluctuate in a short span, will beome angry, depressed on a small topic also, immeadiatly. also i feels like something is running in my brain. is it a curable problem ? how much time it may take, & what kind of the test's i have to go through ? some one pls help me.

I have stress, i don't have headache. so psychiatrist wrote medicine named 'DIVAN OD 250' and 'oleanz plus' So, is this medicine for stress or for headache ? Because i don't know headache iam fear about it. i found info about this medicine in google there mentioned it is for headache. i don't have headache from my childhood. Are it will come ?

I feel suffocated whenever I am with my family.recently I came to know about my father's affair and it has completely shattered me.He used to physically abuse my mother and it deeply scarred my mental health from childhood.Now they don't fight physically they still qurreal a lot..although there was no problem in monetary things but I lacked the peace.today even they are controlling and still have the last say about my every choice.i am totally shattered and I have lost self confidence.i want to live alone and realise what I expect from life
